The process technology of lithium-ion batteries is very strict and complicated.

Here are the briefly introduce of the main process sequences.

(1) After mixing the raw materials uniformly at high speed, a slurry-like positive and negative material is made.

(2) Coating: Coating the prepared slurry evenly on the surface of the metal foil, drying, and forming the positive and negative electrode sheet.

(3) The assembly is placed in the order of the positive electrode sheet-the diaphragm-the negative electrode sheet-the diaphragm from top to bottom，the battery cell core is formed after winding. then through the process of spot welding, injecting electrolyte and sealing to complete the battery assembly process then get finished batteries.

(4) Use special battery charging and discharging equipment to perform charging and discharging tests on finished batteries, and test each battery to screen out qualified finished batteries.
