Our company has developed an enhanced power mixer with higher speed and greater torque characteristics based on the original planetary power mixer for the characteristics of high solid content and high viscosity of solder paste. In the design process, the agitator speed, stirring power, dispersion line speed, suspension level, liquid flow pattern and the distribution of turbulence intensity in the barrel are fully considered. The highest line speed of high speed dispersion can reach 19m/s, and the enhanced twist frame can handle any high viscosity battery paste. The new stirring method - the twist frame rotates clockwise and its rotation is counterclockwise, ensuring no dead angle and no "climbing" phenomenon. In terms of sealing, two sets of mechanical seals plus soft and static seals ensure the vacuum degree - theoretically the sealing performance is enhanced by 30%. Pt100 temperature sensor directly contacts the material, more accurate measurement, faster response time, the error is only between ±0.5℃. The machine is composed of base, beam, column, sealing cover, material cylinder, transmission and electric control system.
