The process of assembling lithium battery cells into groups is called PACK, which can be a single battery or a series and parallel battery module, etc. At present, under the background of the new national standard, the demand for lithium batteries is increasing, and many lead-acid battery enterprises have also launched lithium products; In fact, the lithium battery PACK process is not difficult.

ACEY has a set of solution for lithium battery pack，is committed to provide cylindrical cell assemble line to help improve battery pack assemble efficient.

The production line is mainly used to screen incoming batteries, paste cylinder cells with insulation paper, OVC/IR test and sorting, assemble them into groups, weld nickel sheets, and provide material transfer devices and supporting shelves for the subsequent manual operation stage. The main equipment includes Battery Capacity Grading Machine, highland barley paper machine, test sorting machine, CCD polarity detection and automatic spot welding machine.

There are mainly the following procedures: 

1.Battery capacity grading machine is used to check incoming batteries, and the Battery capacity within the same range set is tested and then pick out .

2. Automatic stick paper machine: in order to prevent the lithium battery pack in the assembly and batteries are negative when using short circuit, the batteries anode paste insulation surface mat, batteries cover pad standard: surface mat paste solid, not skewed, not become warped, not out of batteries end edge, ACEY-BS01, an hour to complete cylindrical batteries finished product number 4000 or 4500 pcs,  artificial stick is about 300 pcs per hour.

3. Automatic sorting machine will sort batteries which were pasted insulating paper through testing impedance voltage , ACEY - AS5S battery sorter is a cylindrical battery internal resistance, voltage test parameters, such as sorting machines, automatic test system with high precision internal resistance, voltage, the device can accurately sort the battery to the specified gear according to the set internal resistance and voltage value. There are 5 ,6 11 levels.

4.Put the assembled battery pack into the spot welding machine for spot welding.

5. Assemble the welded battery on the protection plate for charging and discharging test. BMS tester is optional

6. Comprehensive tester to test the integrity of PACK

Finally, the tested battery pack is aging, which can be used: lithium battery aging machine.
